Mit elf Bands und Solokünstlern, dazu unter der Schirmherrschaft von Groundlift Soundsystem noch weiteren Live-Acts und DJs, ist das Programm für das Sommerfühl 2009 wieder umfangreich geworden und braucht sich keinesfalls zu verstecken. Es wird multinational: wir freuen uns, dass wir aus den beiden an Bayern angrenzenden Staaten Tschechien und Österreich jeweils einen Gast begrüßen dürfen.
Aus Wien sind dies die Indiepopgenies Ja, Panik, die im September ihr drittes Album präsentieren werden. Aus Pardubice kommen Dukla Vozovna. Längst keine Unbekannten mehr in Westmittelfranken, haben Sie neben Feuchtwangen doch auch schon mal das Weiße Roß in Immeldorf mit ihrem melodischen "Double-Harmonica-Punk" erfreut. Aus dem Nordosten Deutschlands kommen Supershirt nach Franken um das Motto "Kauf weniger ein!" auch im Süden bekannt zu machen. Mit Wrongkong und The Plane Is On Fire haben wir zwei hochkarätige Acts aus der Frankenmetropole Nürnberg im Angebot. Gefühlvollen Singer/Songwriter-Pop wird Julia A. Noack zum Besten geben. Und experimentell bis avantgardistisch wird es bei Fire On An Apple - letztere dem treuen Sommerfühlgänger längst keine Unbekannten mehr und unlängst beim Zündfunk Demosieger des Monats. In Zusammenarbeit mit Radio StHörfunk können wir Ausreichend Minus aufbieten, eine Band die sich mit cleveren Texten in die Herzen des Publikums spielen wird. Die hiesigen Fahnen hochhalten werden Headsick, ihres Zeichens dienstälteste Jungmusikerband des Feuchtwanger Landes. Mit reichlich Bühnenerfahrung sowie einem selbstproduziertem Album im Rücken sind sie definitiv die Größe in der lokalen Bandszene. Dass sich auch in den Nachbarorten etwas tut stellen Ape Project mit ihren ungemein unernsten Auftritten unter Beweis. Dinkelsbühl darf nicht fehlen und mit Wegweiser ist das jüngste Mitglied der dortigen Musikerfamilie im Line-Up vertreten, entstanden aus dem Zusammenschluß der Bands The Pinstripes und Sommerregen. Letzterer wird dieses Jahr fernbleiben, denn schlechtes Wetter haben wir abbestellt. Sommerfühl wird es stattdessen geben! Wir freuen uns
